We will endeavor to deliver the Products to you within 7 working days of your order where this is practical. However, some banners may take longer than others depending on design time and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. Please make sure to check your email account after you place an order as we will be sending you a proof of your banner design and will be waiting on your approval before we go to print.
There is a delivery of £4 on all orders no matter how many items that are ordered, so if you order 10 banners or 1 banner it will be the same charge.
If delivery is delayed for more than 14 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products.
Delivery address can be changed with each order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checking out.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Parcels should then reach you within 7 working days of leaving our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days.
In the unlikely event that after 14 working days you have still not received your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the goods that you have ordered. Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.
